Now that your child has started at Flemington Primary School, there are a number of forms and items of information you will need on a regular basis. Some of these have been placed here to assist you when you cannot get to the school.

All forms may be faxed to the school fax machine on 9376-2230 or emailed to the school email address at flemington.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au
