All visitors to the school must go straight to the main office.
Visitors are anyone attending the school for a period of time where they are out among children. They include any adult not normally employed at the school. They can be:
Parents helping in Canteen, Library or at Parents Association events
Parents meeting with teachers
Trades people completing work at the school
Casual Relief Teachers
Student Teachers
All visitors are required to sign in to the Visitors log at the front office and to obtain and wear the appropriate Visitor Badge during their time at the school. They must then sign out at the office and return their identification badge on departing.
This is mandatory due to Occupational Health & Safety, Emergency Procedures and Safety Regulations.
